Rahul Vijendra Agrawal is the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, with over 20 years of experience in the copper and metal manufacturing sector. A commerce graduate from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, he leads the Company’s strategy, expansion, and overall operations.

He joined the Company in 2021 as General Manager (Operations) and was subsequently appointed as Chairman and Managing Director in November and December 2025, respectively. He also serves as a director at Vedanta Copper Extrusion Private Limited and Singhal Sheets & Foils Private Limited.
