Rahul Vijendra Agrawal is the Promoter and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company, with over 20 years of experience in the copper and metal manufacturing sector. A commerce graduate from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, he leads the Company’s strategy, expansion, and overall operations.

He joined the Company in 2021 as General Manager (Operations) and was subsequently appointed as Chairman and Managing Director in November and December 2025, respectively. He also serves as a director at Vedanta Copper Extrusion Private Limited and Singhal Sheets & Foils Private Limited.

Mr. Vijendrakumar Bishamber Gupta

Vijendrakumar Bishamber Gupta is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of the Company, with over 35 years of experience in the non-ferrous metals manufacturing industry. A commerce graduate from Punjab University, he has been associated with the Company since its incorporation. He plays a key role in driving strategic growth, particularly in niche copper-based alloys, and oversees operations and product development.

He also serves as a director at K2 Conductor Private Limited. Previously, he founded the Kalol unit of Gujarat Victory Forgings Private Limited in 1990 and began his career at Universal Cables, Satna, before venturing into the iron and steel trading business.

Mrs. Manjuben Vijendrakumar Gupta

Manjuben Vijendrakumar Gupta is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of the Company, with over 35 years of experience in administration and human resource operations. She has been associated with the Company since its incorporation, previously overseeing HR and administrative functions. She was designated as a Non-Executive Director with effect from December 1, 2025.

Navin Kumar Mittal

He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical) degree from University of Kashmir and Diploma in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. He has previously worked with Hindustan Aluminium Corporation Limited, Engineers India Limited and Rubamin Limited in various capacities and holds an experience of over 26 years as an engineer in the non-ferrous metal industry. He has been appointed in our Company since March 12, 2026, in the capacity of an Independent Director.

Arvind Kumar Bhandari

Arvind Kumar Bhandari is an Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Agriculture) degree from University of Udaipur and a Master of Business Administration (Project Management) degree from Jaipur National University. He has previously worked with Bank of India in the capacity General Manager where he has achieved superannuation. He holds an experience of over 34 years in banking sector. He has been appointed in our Company since March 12, 2026, in the capacity of an Independent Director.
